Bad weather: Two people have been killed by Janos bad weather that has hit Greece since Thursday. An elderly woman from Farsala is the first victim of the severe bad weather to come, while a few hours later one of the two missing was found dead in Karditsa.

Where will bad weather hit in the next few hours?

In the morning, a meeting was held between the Vice Minister of Civil Protection and Crisis Management, Nikos Hardalias, with Civil Protection agents and other competent bodies for the development of bad weather. The meeting discussed the latest data on the phenomenon and issues of repairing the damage in the areas that passed.

As reported by APE-MPE, Civil Protection agents, according to the latest forecasts by meteorologists, it seems that bad weather will hit until at noon in Attica but it doesn’t seem to be very intense.

More intense phenomena are expected from afternoon to afternoon, mainly with heavy rains and thunderstorms in Corinth and Argolis and later in the Cyclades.

According to the latest forecast data from the National Observatory of Athens / Meteo.gr, IANOS, whose center is in the South Ionian, is expected to move south on Saturday and then southeast, with its effects gradually limiting to the southern parts of the country.

From Saturday afternoon to Sunday, IANOS will affect Crete.
