In some areas discounts start at 100 euros and even reach 650 euros while an increase is registered in 4 areas. In particular, the decision redefines prices in the following areas as follows:
-For zone A ‘of the Municipal Unit of Psychiko, of the Municipality of Filothei Psychiko, of the Regional Unit of the North Sector of Athens, of the Region of Attica at 3,950 euros, from 4,200 euros before.
-For zone B ‘of the Municipal Unit of Psychiko, of the Municipality of Filothei Psychiko, of the Regional Unit of the North Sector of Athens, at 3,100 euros, from 3,750 euros before.
-For zone VI of the Municipal Unit of Psychiko, of the Municipality of Filothei Psychiko, of the Regional Unit of the North Sector of Athens, of the Region of Attica at 2,800 euros, from 3,250 euros previously.
-For zone A ‘of the Municipal Unit of Filothei, of the Municipality of Filothei Psychiko, of the Regional Unit of the North Sector of Athens, of the Region of Attica at 3,750 euros, from 4,150 euros previously.
-For zone B of the Municipal Unit of Filothei, of the Municipality of Filothei Psychiko, of the Regional Unit of the North Sector of Athens, of the Region of Attica at 4,700 euros (unchanged).
-For zone C of the Municipal Unit of Filothei, of the Municipality of Filothei Psychiko, of the Regional Unit of the North Sector of Athens, of the Region of Attica at 3,300 euros, from 3,550 euros before.
-For zone D ‘of the Municipal Unit of Filothei, of the Municipality of Filothei Psychiko, of the Regional Unit of the North Sector of Athens, of the Region of Attica at 3,350 euros, from 3,200 euros before.
-For the KE zone of the 1st Department of the Municipality of Atenas, of the Peripheral Unit of the Central Sector of Athens, of the Attica Region at 3,250 euros, from 3,050 euros previously.
-For the 5th Ekali zone of the Municipality of Kifissia, of the Regional Unit of the North Sector of Athens, of the Attica Region at 2,000 euros, from 1,900 euros before.
-For zone A ‘of the Lilaia settlement of the Municipality of Delphi, of the Fokida Regional Unit, of the Central Greece Region at 1,000 euros, from 900 euros previously.
-For zone A ‘of the Etofolia settlement of the Municipal Unit of Exomburgo, of the Municipality of Tinos, of the Regional Unit of Tinos, of the South Aegean Region at 900 euros.
-For zone A ‘of the Agia Varvara settlement of the Municipal Unit of Tinos of the Municipality of Tinos of the Regional Unit of Tinos of the South Aegean Region at 850 euros.
For the above areas, the new fair values apply from October 2, 2019.
For the following areas, the new fair values will apply from December 18, 2019:
-For zone A ‘of the Karkados settlement, of the Municipal Unit Of tinos, of the Municipality of Tinos, of the Regional Unit of Tinos of the South Aegean Region, the starting price is revised to 800 euros.
-For zone B ‘of the settlement of Kato Kleismata, of the Municipal Unit of Tinos, of the Municipality of Tinos, of the Regional Unit of Tinos, of the South Aegean Region, the starting price is revised to 950 euros.
-For zone A ‘of the Kalloni settlement of the Municipal Unit of Tinos, of the Municipality of Tinos, of the Regional Unit of Tinos, of the South Aegean Region, the starting price is revised to 1,100 euros.
-For zone VI of Tinos, of the Municipality of Tinos, of the Regional Unit of Tinos, of the South Aegean Region, the starting price is revised to 950 euros
As for the rest of the country, the fair value adjustment plan is expected to be executed in the second half of 2021. The new prices will be valid for the calculation of ENFIA 2021, and from January 1, 2022 for real estate transfers.
In parallel with the fair values review process, the zone values at least 3,000 areas are expected to be acquired nationwide for the first time, which will be included for the first time in the system for the objective determination of values.
