A fully educational rally is currently taking place in the center of Athens with a request to take all necessary measures for the safety of students and teachers.
With the central motto “rooms, recruitment, free education, take action on the pandemic » The protesters gathered first in the Propylaea and are addressing Parliament demanding, among other things, immediate safety and hygiene measures for the opening and operation of schools, reduction of the number of students per department and massive appointments of permanent teachers.
The mobilization is supported and participated by educational federations, ILO, OLME, OIELE, teachers associations, PAME, dozens of unions and parents.
At this time, traffic has stopped on the streets around the center of Athens.
