Like now that the thriller of the legal dispute between the Pantelidis family, the two girls and the insurance company is still open. Both girls have filed a lawsuit seeking large compensation. However, last Monday, September 7, as revealed by protothema.gr, a lawsuit amounting to 600,000 euros was notified to the defense lawyer of Froso Kyriakou, as well as to the legal department of the insurer by the Pantelidis family. The lawsuit will be heard on October 8, the same day that Frosa and Mina’s compensation lawsuits are scheduled.
In the multi-page lawsuit, about 100 pages, half of which are photos of the fatal car and the accident scene, the Pantelidis family lists the experience, forensic report and results of the geneticist she named one by one, stating that Pantelis was not the driver of the car.
