The “green light” for the relocation of the Parnitha Casino of the Parnitha National Park, lit with the approval of the Special Urban Plan (EPS) and the Strategic Environmental Impact Study (SPS), during today’s meeting of the Metropolitan Council of the Ministry of Environment and Energy.

As announced by RIS, with the approval of EPS, the spatial organization of a part of the Dilaveri area of the Municipality of Maroussi is completed, with a total area of 50,173.72 m2, where the Parnitha Casino will be relocated.

The decision determines the land uses, the construction deadlines and restrictions throughout the intervention area and the urban regulation.

It should be noted that within the framework of the EPS, a traffic study was also prepared and presented, both for the improvement interventions to be carried out in the broader area, as well as for the ways to address existing traffic problems.
