Redistribution of your unassigned tickets begins Monday social programs, thermal tourism, excursions and theater, including those tickets that the raffled beneficiaries did not receive as of August 31, 2020, according to a relevant announcement by the administration of Organization for Social Welfare and Social Solidarity (OPEC).
The redistribution will be done in order of priority to attend ΚΕΠ to those of the beneficiaries who submitted an application to participate in the respective programs of the Rural Housing Account (LAE / OPECA) for the year 2020.
Particularly:
In the social, thermal and excursion tourism programs, the order of preference and especially the first option in the application for participation in the previous programs is that, based on which it is determined in which program the beneficiaries can participate in order of priority.
Thus, if, for example, a beneficiary had chosen the social tourism program as the first option, but was selected in the excursion tourism program and has not printed their ticket, before August 31, 2020, they are allowed to participate in the social tourism program in order of priority. .
On the other hand, if someone indicated in the application form as the first preference the excursion program and was raffled on it (regardless of whether they printed their ticket or not), they will not be able to participate in order of priority in any program other than the excursion program.
In order for the beneficiaries to receive the unassigned social tourism / spa vouchers, they must proceed as follows:
A. Room reservation in a tourist accommodation from the list of contracted tourist accommodation published on the OPECA website, from which confirmation of the reservation is requested (for example, voucher).
B. As of 7/9/2020, registration of the data related to the reservation of the room (name of the accommodation, period of stay) in the corresponding electronic application, which is available on the home page of the official website of OPEC by the beneficiaries themselves or through KEP.
C. The beneficiaries must, after registering the room reservation in OPEC’s electronic application, go to the KEP the same day (at least 30 minutes after registration), to receive their tickets.
Beneficiaries receive tickets with the details of the tourist accommodation where the reservation was made. Tickets are valid only for the accommodation whose details are pre-printed on them. Vouchers that do not have pre-printed company data when printed by the KEP are considered invalid.
In addition, the tickets are strictly personal and cannot be used by other people, even if they are members of the beneficiary’s family.
For the free theater ticket program, the order of preference on the application form does not affect participation in the redistribution in order of priority. Thus, all those who have requested to participate in the program, including those who did not receive their tickets, will be able to participate until August 31, 2020.
The lists of the companies contracted with LAE / OPEC for all the programs of the Agricultural Center, as well as useful information for the beneficiaries, are available on the organization’s website.
By 2020, seven programs are being implemented:
– Social tourism six-day vacation for 50,000 beneficiaries. Duration from 6/7/2020 to 10/5/2021.
– Spa tourism for 3,500 retirees, with six days of vacation and five simple baths. Validity period for accommodation in accommodation from 6/7/2020 to 10/5/2021.
– Children’s camp program, up to 16 days, for 1,500 children of LAE beneficiaries, ages 6 to 16. The program is valid from 6/7/2020 to 4/9/2020.
– Four-day excursions for 12,500 beneficiaries with contracted tourist offices. Duration from 6/7/2020 to 10/5/2021.
– Free books for 130,000 beneficiaries. Especially for children, the subsidized amount is 30 euros per book. Duration from 6/7/2020 to 10/5/2021.
– Free theater tickets to 32,500 beneficiaries. The validity period is from 7/6/2020 to 5/10/2021.
– Program to provide financial assistance to mothers with three or more children who are retired or insured by EFKA (OGA). The program refers to the payment of financial aid, worth 700 euros, to 4,000 mothers with three children and 1,000 euros to 1,000 mothers with many children.
