It should be noted that today 187 new cases of the new virus were announced in the country, of which 27 were detected after controls at the country’s gateways. The total number of cases is 11,386, of which 55.7% are men.
2,219 (19.5%) are considered related to trips from abroad and 4,970 (43.7%) are related to an already known case.
40 of our fellow citizens are being treated by intubation. Their average age is 70 years. 10 (25.0%) are women and the rest are men. 82.5% of intubated patients have an underlying disease or are 70 years or older. 157 patients have been discharged from the ICU.
Finally, we have 1 more registered death and 280 deaths in total in the country. 103 (36.8%) women and the rest men. The mean age of our dying fellow citizens was 78 years and 96.1% had an underlying disease and / or were 70 years or older.
