The undersecretary stressed that we are far from a local confinement and that there are many stages and intermediate and effective measures before reaching barricades and prohibitions, at least as far as Attica is concerned.

“I think we are still far from local lockdowns and we have a lot of tools, measures in our quiver, so that we can avoid something like this in the future.”
