Turkey has launched a new challenge in an area south of Kastelorizo ​​when Turkish warships “electronically” marked a Greek frigate and caught it with their weapons radar, pointing them at the Greek ship, ERT reveals.

In particular, according to state television, the Turkish warships aimed their weapons with radar at at least one of the Greek frigates that was nearby and was watching the movements of the Turks, off Kastelorizo.

The Turkish ships sent electronic signals to the Greek frigate with their weapons pointed towards it. According to ERT, the highly aggressive incident by Turkey took place last week, when Ankara escalated tension with the incident that took place off the coast of Halki, during which the Greek authorities were conducting a search and rescue operation and the Turkish ships advanced. in dangerous challenges.
