He made a very big proposal, which had a completely emotional logic. A proposal that seemed impossible to be rejected by the footballer’s side and that is why George Savvidis went ahead and uploaded the message to his personal Instagram account “.forever captain of the PAOK“.
This happened on May 16, but things did not go according to logic. The PAOK had made an unrealistic proposal – for data especially from that time – to Vierinias, about 900 thousand per year, for two years. However, he asked as a condition to complete 15 registrations, regardless of the time period, so that the immediate renewal is valid for the following season (in 2021/22). Although last year was completely empty and could not offer the slightest bit, the club’s management recognized the enormous offer of the leader as a whole, but also in the historic championship that they won together.
It is a fact that the money they offered him could not be found anywhere else. However, Vierinia felt that he was underestimated by the fact that they asked him to be able to play 15 games in a whole year to renew his contract, in order to activate the +1. In other words, he wanted to be paid astronomical sums until he was 36, even if he can’t compete.

From the moment he rejected this emotional proposal made by PAOK, everything changed. The behavior of the Portuguese in the dressing room was not the same and incidents occurred that caused Ivan Savvidis to freeze significantly with him.

No one can predict how this story will unfold, Vierinia with the injury problem that happened and the empty year behind it, it is difficult to recruit another club in Europe. For him, it seems like a one-way street to agree with PAOK, but the administration of a point and then realized that emotions do not fit on the football field. The footballer is like a child, he will never understand that his father gives him enough. The more you offer him, the more his demands increase. But when the attitude hardens, a more logical way out can be found.

Details that cannot be easily calculated, but that often make a big difference. Of course, even if he finds his good face in racing, he has shown what he can do. Above all, however, that he has the personality and quality to judge games when the ball is on fire.

But there is another difficulty, in the 3-4-3 that Ferreira is working on. He can’t find the slightest paper. It is a device that does not suit you. Vierinia in Wolfsburg made a career as a right back, in PAOK he established himself on the left and as a winger in a system with two players on each side, he was able to demonstrate his quality. Razvan Lucescu’s conservative approach to soccer also allowed his defensive weaknesses to cost less.

Initially, the renewal of his contract by the management side had more emotional value and was symbolic. It does not mean that a possible stay is unlikely to be offered.
