For at least 105 years, EES has not stopped searching for the truth and supporting families who are searching for their beloved members.
HE August 30th has been established as the International Day of the Disappeared and is dedicated to all those who have been lost in strange, violent or inexplicable circumstances, plunging their families into the pain of endless anticipation.
the Saturday 29 August 2020 and time 19:30, The Ε.Ε.Σ. and Restoring Family Links (RFL) organized a special symbolic event on the pedestrian street of Thiseio (ISAP station) to send the message of support to the suffering people.

In his ad, Ε.Ε.Σ. declares, among other things:
“We promise that we will not stop searching for the truth, while offering our psychological support until the wounds opened by the disappearance heal.” The ceremony includes an awareness bike ride and candle lighting that will light the way toward finding the truth about the missing.
For the Greek Red Cross, this day is an important reminder to the international community of its obligations to families and its universal right to know the fate of its members. The commitment of Ε.Ε.Σ. and personally from the President, Dr. Antoniou Avgerinou, it is true and given.
