One could describe him as the “most brazen thief” as, as you will see in the video provided by CNN Greece police editor Mina Karamitrou, he manages to steal a car at midday on the busiest street in Athens, opposite the entrance main to one of the largest and busiest shopping centers.
She is one of its members a spiral directed at smart cars and they managed to steal them in a magical way.
The outrage, in fact, is that the gang did not stop its activities even during the quarantine period. Specifically, from mid-March to the end of April, 22 cars were stolen.
The Maroussi Security Department began investigating the case and managed to arrest seven gang members, including two women, and end a “headache” spiral for ELAS.
The important thing is that they located the place where the cars were hiding and seven of them were returned to their owners.
Research has shown that they were selling the stolen car to the thieves for 700 euros, which in turn became rich after selling them as spare parts at prices even three times more.
The main places they “hit” were around shopping malls. They aimed at the car they wanted to steal and after arriving at the scene with a special operating vehicle, immediately afterwards a cooler was waiting for the police to appear, while the thief with equipment and special tools opened the car door in a few seconds. And it turned into smoke.
The gang is estimated to have been active for about a year.
The search of the detainees’ houses appeared and confiscated:
