Beaches across Attica were “flooded” with people, as many of our fellow citizens took advantage of the good weather to escape their homes after 52 days of quarantine.
The nearby beaches of Attica were crowded, from Artemis and Anavyssos, to Sounio and Vouliagmeni.
Safety distances were observed in many cases, but in others the predominant images recalled the beaches in the days prior to the eruption of the new crown.

In this context, the Twitter page “Stay safe” published a video with instructions to protect citizens on the beaches:
If we choose to go to the beach, we do it with care!
If we can go daily, we prefer it.
We maintain a distance of 2 meters.
We avoid overcrowding.
We do not endanger ourselves or our fellow citizens. # We are insecure pic.twitter.com/3bVvzNvur0– We stay safe (@menoumeasfaleis) May 9, 2020
