Wise Prince George was supposed to be completely different!

Duchess Kate (38) apparently made another draw shortly before Prince George’s birth (6) regarding his first name! As the eldest son of Kate and Prince William (37), the boy has delighted royal fans since his birth on July 22, 2013, and is named after the father of Queen Elizabeth II (94), George VI. But he really shouldn’t be called George at all! At least his mother’s desired name still accompanies him in his life as a middle name.

In one Vanity FairThe 2013 report said that Kate had decided on a different name for her firstborn: Alexander! As a result, the choice fell on George Alexander Louis. The name would not have entirely fallen from the royal network, after all, the queen is called Elizabeth Alexandra Mary. It was different with the nickname of the six-year-old girl, because the triple mother always called it her “little grape” during her pregnancy.

With Kate’s second child, the couple decided against Alexander and Louis (2). With this they honored their great-grandfather’s uncle, Prince Philip (98), Louis Mountbatten. Louis also appears in William’s name alongside Arthur and Philip. Will the second heir to the throne and his love still have a son named Alexander? Give your opinion in the survey!
