A drunk man chased the police in his van in Berlin-Steglitz and left a trail of devastation. Eleven people, including eight police officers, were injured Thursday night, police said. Previously, he is said to have deliberately rammed several cars.

He threw a bottle at two women

He was slightly injured. On leaving, the driver of the van is said to have thrown a glass bottle in the direction of the 55-year-old man’s two passengers who were standing next to the car.

The driver is said to have followed two other women with his white van, as “BZ” spells.

The police started the chase on Albrechtstrasse. While on the run, the driver caused other accidents, including three police cars. The journey ended at the intersection of Klingsorstrasse / Hindenburgdamm / Augustastrasse.
