The following applies from Friday: Anyone who enters Spain from abroad will first be quarantined for two weeks! There are only a few exceptions (for example, flight personnel).
The new entry regime remains in force as long as the country is in a state of emergency. This currently applies until May 24. With this measure, the Madrid government wants to prevent the crown from spreading again.
Specifically, this means that anyone who has to be quarantined can only visit the doctor and shop with a mask outside the home.

First curfew in the first regions
Spain is particularly affected by the crown pandemic: 27,000 people have already died as a result of the virus.
A strict curfew was imposed for weeks to combat the spread. This was alleviated in some regions as of Monday: half of the 47 million Spaniards were allowed to leave the house again. Because the number of cases in the Balearic Islands with the main island of Mallorca was relatively low (just under 2000 infected, 210 dead), hotels, restaurants and bars can open there again subject to conditions.
The curfew will remain in the large cities of Madrid and Barcelona, as well as in other severely affected provinces.
