In the online call for the demonstration, participants were encouraged to leave posters, banners, flags and clothing with slogans and symbols at home. In the first block they wanted to “let women only walk if possible,” he said.

“We are a colorful mix of different people who, far from all political orientations, ethnicities or income levels, do not agree with the politicization of the coronavirus and the consequent restriction of our human rights,” he said in the appeal. Participants at the head of the train held a banner that read “We need to talk!” According to information on the march’s website, there is a need for a discussion, for example, with a view to “ending the nationwide pandemic – without a vaccine!” Enough with “permanent fear campaigns”.
Since the spring, so-called hygiene demonstrations by opponents of the Corona measures have occurred several times in Berlin. A demonstration with tens of thousands of participants in late August caused a stir across the country. These included larger groups of Reich citizens, as well as some smaller groups of clearly recognizable right-wing extremists and neo-Nazis. 300 to 400 protesters broke through the barriers of the Reichstag building. They climbed the stairs and stood triumphantly in front of the visitor entrance.
