In Dresden, the so-called corona incidence value of 35 cases per 100,000 inhabitants has been exceeded. According to the city administration, the current value is 38 (as of October 21 at 12 noon / according to the Ministry of Social Affairs even 42.6). For this reason, the city has issued a new general decree. This applies from Thursday.
The most important regulations:
Limitation of the number of people:
- Private gatherings and celebrations are limited to 25 people.
- Family celebrations are allowed in restaurants or lounges provided by third parties with a maximum of 50 people
- Company and club celebrations can take place with a maximum of 25 people.
- Participation limit for outdoor meetings to 250 people and 150 people in closed rooms
- Large sporting events can take place with a maximum of 500 people.
Restrictions on the number of people do not apply to facilities with an approved hygiene concept. Here the hygiene concept and the protection measures specified therein must be applied. This applies, for example, to concert halls, cinemas and theaters.
Mask requirement:
- in all rooms and facilities open to the public, such as shopping centers, accommodation providers, museums and public administrations
- in all catering establishments, including snacks and cafeterias
- when singing in the church service
- In churches and rooms of religious communities, as well as in cultural places, the mask and nose should be used until reaching the seat
Prohibition of serving alcohol:
- Alcoholic beverages cannot be dispensed between 11 pm and 5 am the next day. This applies to all facilities, including restaurants and outlets.
Meetings in the sense of the right of assembly:
- Mandatory mask for assembly attendees and ordering agents
- only fixed mounts allowed
- Elevators prohibited
- the upper limit for the number of participants in the meeting is an area of 4 square meters per person
Data collection:
- The collection of personal data for contact tracking is mandatory for the organizers and operators of large sporting events, as well as for companies, sports facilities, restaurants, hotels, accommodation facilities and meetings in public spaces.
