Inside the towns of Gladbach and Rheydt, a mask is required on many streets as of Monday. As announced by the city on Saturday evening, this is justified by exceeding the seven-day incidence value of 35. This means that since Saturday, hazard level 1 has been officially in effect in Mönchengladbach in terms of the ordinance of protection of the crown of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
