Sahra Wagenknecht took her first steps in the countryside near Jena, after which she became something of a rebel in East Berlin: joking at school, denying studies, suppressing political momentum. Then came the fall of the wall and another life.
In a video interview with t-online, the leftist politician speaks openly about his troubles in the GDR and describes how greatly the change has influenced his career: a fight against the reservations of Western politicians to the fight for voters in 2020, the left has lost to the AfD.
