Police are looking for three alleged perpetrators. A fourth suspect has surrendered.
After an argument on Wednesday in Steintorviertel in downtown Hannover, a 48-year-old man died on Thursday. Doctors found the seriously injured victim to be brain dead after attempting resuscitation. He was pronounced dead on Thursday night, the Hanover prosecutor announced. According to police, the man and his 49-year-old partner argued with several people on Wednesday around 9:30 p.m. There were fights in which the 48-year-old fell ill. Police are now investigating a homicide.

Who can give clues?
The four alleged perpetrators fled. One of the suspects turned himself in later. The 19-year-old has been arrested and is in police custody. Investigators are now looking for three more people. There are two men and one woman. One of the men is said to be slim and dark-skinned and is approximately 1.85 meters tall. The woman was estimated to be about 1.55 meters tall, said to be about 25 years old. It is said that she has long blonde hair and is very slim. Information on the third fugitive is not yet available.
