Update vom 6. Mai, 14.45 Uhr: Bereits vor der Pressekonferenz von Bundeskanzlerin Angela Merkel stehen wohl schon einige Neuerungen fest, die bundesweit gelten sollen. Training im Freizeitsport und Breitensport unter freiem Himmel soll beispielsweise wieder erlaubt werden, jedoch unter bestimmter Auflagen.

Ergänzt wird die Lockerung* mit der weiterhin geltenden Maskenpflicht* im öffentlichen Raum. Zudem gelten fortlaufend die Mindestabstandsregeln. Vereinzelte Länder hatten sich bereits auf diverse Lockerungen der Kontaktbeschränkungen festgelegt. Bund und Länder hatten intensiv diskutiert, wobei Merkel das Vorgehen des Saarlands bevorzugt, wonach sich zwei Haushalte treffen können. Laut Merkel müssten zwei Landkreise in Deutschland aufgrund der Infektionswerte jedoch im Lockdown bleiben.

Da die Entscheidung der Fortsetzung des Schuljahrs Ländersache ist, verlangen besonders Schüler, Lehrer und die teils besorgten Eltern Klarheit und einen zielgerichteten Plan. Aller Voraussicht nach sollen die rund 160.000 Viertklässler in NRW ab Donnerstag wieder in die Grundschulen zurückkehren. Bei der Wiederaufnahme des Kita-Betriebs* werden sich die Länder wohl hinter ein gemeinsames Konzept der 16 Jugendminister stellen. NRW-FamilienministerJoachim Stamp wird die derzeitigen Notbetreuungen dadurch wohl ausweiten können. Vor den Sommerferien sollten alle Kinder in die Tagesstätten und Schulen zurückkehren, soweit der Plan. Stamp wünsche sich „maximale Freiheit für die Länder, slst zu entscheiden“, wie er dem Spiegel gegenüber sagte.

Auch im Bereich Sport besteht viel Klärungsbedarf. Ob der Weg für die Fortsetzung der Bundesliga-Saison Mitte Mai freigemacht wird, ist ebenfalls noch unklar. Die vielen Menschen, die Relief in Breitensport erwarten, könnten heute gute Neuigkeiten erwarten. Laschet wird wohl Erleichterungen für den Breitensport aussprechen, wie es Markus Söder am Dienstag bereits für Bayern getan hatte. Kontaktlose Einzelsportarten wie Leichtathletik, Tennis und Golf können hier wieder ausgeübt werden.

Pflegeheime könnten trotz vorhandener Kapazitäten nicht flächendeckend und nur in kurzen Abständen auf den Erreger Sars-CoV-2* testen, während in der Bundesliga aufwändige Konzepte für umfangreiche Testverfahren erarbeitet werden. Grünen-Landeschef Felix Banaszak und Fraktionsvize Mehrdad Mostofizadeh positionierten sich diesbezüglich klar in einem Gastbeitrag für den Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger. „Dass gleichzeitig für kickende Bundesliga-Millionäre ausgefeilte Schutzkonzepte und reihenweise Tests geplant werden und auf der Agenda des Ministerpräsidenten weit oben stehen, muss für Pflegekräfte wie Hohn klingen“, hieß es in dem Beitrag. Der neueste Bundesliga-Skandal um Hertha-Stürmer Salomon Kalou* dürfte nicht sehr hilfreich für einen baldigen Bundesliga-Start sein.

Auch der Deutsche Hotel- und Gaststättenverband blickt gespannt auf die Konferenz von Bund und Ländern. Bernd Niemeier, Präsident des Verbands in NRW erwartet von der Politik mahnend „die Eröffnung unserer Betriebe für Mitte Mai und ein Rettungspaket, was seinen Namen verdient“. Nordrhein-Westfalen legte bereits einen Stufenplan zur Öffnung der Gastronomie* und Hotellerie vor.
