It is not yet clear how long the evaluation of the seized documents will take, Attorney General Klaus Ruhland said. In addition to Nüßlein, there is a second defendant in the process, whose identity is unclear.

The Bundestag had for the first time lifted the immunity of the Münsterhausen MP on Thursday morning.
