• 3:20 pm: Reker announces that further action will be taken if the new rules do not improve the situation.
• 3:16 pm: The crisis team has decided on the following measures, which will be applied from Saturday (October 10):
• Only five people can meet in the public space. So far there have been ten.
• There is a ban on alcohol in public spaces after 10 pm It is also forbidden to sell alcohol at hotspots on weekends.
• The use of a mask is mandatory in public spaces, where distances cannot be maintained. Among other things, this affects large shopping streets.
• Retailers must ensure that only one customer is allowed in the store for every ten square meters of sales area.
• A maximum of 25 people is allowed for celebrations. It is appealed to refrain from private celebrations in private rooms.
• At the moment, there should be no more restrictions on gastronomy.
• 15:15 pm: Reker says fall is a “serious phase.” Above all, because it can be assumed that people will spend more time in closed rooms. A second block should definitely be avoided.
• 3.10 pm: It starts now with some delay. Reker and the other speakers and experts are on site.
