The RKI reported nearly 22,000 new infections Thursday morning. As the institute announced, citing information from health authorities, 21,866 new cases of infection were registered in one day. This was around 3,400 new infections more than the day before, when almost 18,500 new cases were reported. Compared to last week, new daily infections seem to stabilize at this level.
