People with heart problems are more reluctant to take nutritional supplements. These funds increase the risk of consuming too many vitamins and minerals. Also, taking such capsules, powders, or concentrates may place less emphasis on an overall balanced diet.
A healthy lifestyle is the foundation
In addition to enough exercise, a healthy diet keeps your heart and circulation in shape, according to experts. Ideally, lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, enough protein, nuts, fish, and vegetable oils are served. If you eat little or no animal food, you need to make sure you’re getting enough vitamin B12.
However, in these cases, and in general: If there is a proven deficiency in certain vitamins or minerals, taking supplements is harmless, according to the Heart Foundation. Before doing so, you should definitely get medical advice.
