The responsible police of the Bundestag are investigating a swastika symbol that was carved on an elevator at the Jakob-Kaiser-Haus. This was confirmed by a parliamentary spokeswoman for the dpa news agency.
Alexander König, an employee of Greens MP Dieter Janecek, had previously posted an image on Twitter showing the symbol on an elevator door.
He came to the office on Sunday to do some things and discovered the swastika, König wrote.
