The 39-year-old man has been missing since the end of September. His family posted information about the Internet search every day; Toten Hosen also participated indirectly. Now Tim W. has been found dead in Berlin-Charlottenburg.

As the relatives of the father of the family announced on Facebook, last Thursday a passerby discovered the 39-year-old man in Salzufer, on the corner of Englische Strasse in Charlottenburg, and he was identified on Friday. There is currently no evidence of debt to third parties.
The case was made known to the public because the family consciously turned to them and asked them to find W. He created a website for this and provided daily updates on Instagram on the progress of the search. More recently, Toten Hosen and actor Daniel Brühl also indirectly participated in the search by sharing the family’s search request via social media.
W. had been missing since September 23. According to a report from the Berlin police, he was in the Berlin Charité that morning and was seen by witnesses around 7:40 am in the area of the Berlin Central Station and the Federal Chancellery. About twenty minutes later, he called his relatives. Since then, there have been no traces of the 39-year-old father of the family. The family did not anticipate a planned disappearance.
