Alltours: Hotel Vacations Coming Soon With Corona Vaccination Only

DDüsseldorf-based tour operator Alltours plans to host only guests with a corona vaccination at its own Allsun-branded holiday hotels starting in the fall. This rule is expected to take effect from October 31, the company announced Friday.

The exact time depends on the course of the vaccines. Alltours operates 35 hotels under the Allsun name in Mallorca, the Canary Islands and Greece.

A test is currently required upon check-in at Alltours hotels: guests must submit a negative antigen or PCR test, which must have been performed no more than 48 hours ago.

Hotel staff should be vaccinated as soon as possible. Until that is the case, all employees with direct customer contact will be tested for Covid-19 on a daily basis. Additionally, AHA regulations will continue to be strictly adhered to: keep your distance, follow hygiene measures, and wear a mask every day.

“We want to offer all guests as much security as possible so that they can enjoy their vacation in a relaxed manner,” Alltours owner Willi Verhuven said, according to the announcement. With increasing vaccination rates and declining incidence in holiday areas, nothing stands in the way of a vacation. “We assume that in the foreseeable future, perhaps already at Easter, a safe holiday will be possible again in many countries.”
