A prisoner was shot dead by officers during a police operation in the JVA Münster, after taking an employee hostage. The perpetrator died in the operation.”
The kidnapper is said to be a man who served a four-month sentence for resisting law enforcement officials, reports “Bild” newspaper. The prisoner was reportedly released in November.
