Although the season in the amateur football sector in Schleswig-Holstein is no longer over, the State Football Association (SHFV) has fundamentally allowed training on sports fields again. The season in the amateur football sector in SH has ended. Training is now allowed again for teams despite the crown pandemic, subject to conditions.
Conditions for a training company.
The state government has established the following conditions for the use of outdoor sports facilities, which must be met before training can begin:
- sport must be done without contact
- Minimum distance of 1.5 meters between athletes and coaches.
- Hygiene measures, especially when sharing sports equipment.
- Locker rooms, showers, common areas and restaurants remain closed.
- skip the line when entering sports facilities
- Spectators are not allowed.
- Other recommendations developed by the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) and individual sports associations will be implemented prior to the start of sports activities and will be published on the site in writing with reference to their binding nature.

At The SHFV notification does not exclude any age group from this regulation: children and youth should also be allowed to train again. It is not yet clear how such a concrete training can be. SHFV has already developed a concept to resume training operations. Training should always be done in small groups. The president of Wiker SV in Kiel, Jürgen Struthoff, considers it illusory that children can keep the minimum distance. From e-youth around the age of nine, the kids are old enough, in his opinion.
Interior Ministry must approve concept
The SHFV expects the concept to be in force until next Monday (May 11) and approved by the Ministry of the Interior. After approval, you must go to the clubs immediately to support the resumption of training. The health of everyone involved in the training and containment of the Covid 19 pandemic must remain a priority, SHFV writes in its message.
