The fire brigade takes residents to hospitals

SedanThe capital’s fire department has taken several residents of a nursing home to hospitals after a corona outbreak. The police temporarily blocked the street in front of the nursing home. Nine ambulances and four emergency physicians were reportedly on duty.

Firefighters announced on Twitter Sunday afternoon that three people from the home would be transferred to the surrounding clinics. Last week, about 60 of the 160 residents in the house tested positive, a fire department spokesman for the German news agency said.
