On Saturday night in Buxtehude, among other things, beach chairs are burned in a cafe. Meanwhile, the alleged perpetrator has confessed.

After a series of fires in the center of Buxtehude (Stade district), an 18-year-old suspect is detained. This is reported by NDR 1 Lower Saxony. He had previously been arrested by the police and admitted the crime to officers. However, the reason is not yet clear. On Saturday night fires broke out in six different locations in the city center. Among other things, beach chairs from a cafe, a garage and paper containers were burned. There was damage of at least 30,000 euros. The investigation against him for arson and property damage continues.
