The judicial committee decides: Möller himself is president
According to the Thuringian state parliament, Ramelow’s request for immunity waiver has already been received. Ramelow has immunity because he is also a member of parliament. Ramelow: Committee should dissolve immunity
Ramelow wants to be defended in a possible court case on charges of insulting lawyer and party member Gregor Gysi.
