Week after week they sang to move on to the next round. Tonight, “The Masked Singer” is finally about victory. Five or six celebrities were on the run at the beginning of the sixth episode. Five of them have already had to reveal themselves.
The anubis, the alien, the skeleton, the hippopotamus or the pair of meerkats? Who will follow in the footsteps of Max Mutzke and Tom Beck? That will be decided at the end of the show, but the show’s first runner-up was selected two and a half hours early.

Alien, Anubis, Skeleton, or Hippopotamus?
Half an hour later he hit the next finalist. This time, the audience decided against the Anubis. Instead, the alien sent the audience to the finale.

At 11:20 pm the next finalist was determined. The hippo landed in third place. Although the members of the jury believed that stars like Teddy Teclebrhan, Haddaway, Ross Antony or Mark Medlock could hide under the mask, the public always had only one name in mind: Nelson Müller. So it was.

But why did the celebrity chef choose the hippo costume with the pink tutu? “I used to dance ballet when I was seven when I was a kid,” he said shortly after the opening.

In the grand finale were the alien and the skeleton. This last duel was won once again by the singer with the glitter costume. The skeleton has been a favorite since the first episode, but the alien was also a favorite with the audience.

Some thought they recognized Luke Mockridge under the mask. In fact, Alec Völkel was in disguise. The BossHoss singer said after being unmasked that as an alien he felt “like a bucket on his head in a sauna.”
So the winner of the third season of “The Masked Singer” has been determined: the skeleton. ProSieben has yet to reveal who is hiding under the mask.
The first season of “The Masked Singer” ran in 2019. At that time, the astronaut did the race. Singer Max Mutzke was in costume. The season two win went to Tom Beck. The actor dressed up as a sloth. However, many suspected that the mask was television legend Stefan Raab.
