The fist of the universe. Television doctor Dr. Johannes Wimmer (37) used this metaphor in recent months.
At the beginning of the year, life seemed to be at its absolute peak. It was as if there could be no more uphill. He had found a great love with his wife Clara, a new television contract in his pocket, the sweet daughter Maximilia had just been born, everything seemed perfect. Until the terrible diagnosis in August …

On Saturday morning, Maximila died of a rare and very aggressive brain tumor. The girl was no longer allowed to experience her first Christmas.
“Maximilia went on a trip to the stars in her sleep, safe and cared for in our bed,” Johannes Wimmer tells BILD am SONNTAG. “Our whole family was able to say goodbye in peace and quiet.”
Just a few weeks ago, the TV doctor and his wife Clara brought her home from the hospital. Here, accompanied by a team of palliative care and physiotherapists, they tried to live a little common normality. The couple even got married in the meantime so that the little family can bear the same name.
Wimmer at BILD am SONNTAG: “You have completed your beloved little life and we will hold it in fond memories. It was a life full of love and laughter, which we will try to preserve for ourselves in this difficult time. “
