Essen – This is an incredible accusation! A senior physician (44) apparently injected two seriously ill corona patients (47, 50) to death at Essen University Clinic! The reason given by the man was that he wanted to alleviate the suffering.
According to information from the BILD, the homicides occurred on November 13 and 17 from the intensive care unit. The victims are, therefore, two men with serious previous illnesses who were in very bad shape.
Medication resulted in instant death
Incredible: Presumably, shortly before his terrible act, the doctor had to notify the relatives to say goodbye to their loved ones. According to the police, he then “deliberately and illegally administered medication to the two patients in their last stage of life,” leading to their immediate death.
►The two deceased were patients in the Covid-19 room of the university hospital and in a very critical state of health. Essen hospital currently cares for the majority of seriously ill corona patients in North Rhine-Westphalia, even severe cases have been transferred to Essen from abroad.
The Essen police have created a homicide squad. The accused doctor was arrested on Wednesday and then brought before the judge on Thursday at the request of the prosecutor who ordered his preventive detention.
So far, the defendant has only given information about one case during questioning. He said that he wanted to end the suffering of the patient and his relatives.
