Investigators from the 6th Homicide Squad arrested Stefan R. (41) on Wednesday. So far he has refused to testify.

Stefan T. (Airline Construction Installer) left his shared apartment on Harnackstrasse (Lichtenberg) shortly before midnight on September 5 and was presumably heading towards Parkstrasse (Pankow). Later, his roommates reported him missing.
