Attila Hildmann received a visit from the police on Tuesday. Several officials, including state security officers from the Brandenburg State Criminal Police Office (LKA), searched the home of cookbook authors, conspiracy ideologues and opposed state anti-crown measures. They confiscated six laptops and computers, various cell phones and storage media, and made a “threat speech.” “The aim was to make it more difficult to commit more crimes on the Internet,” said a police spokesman.

For months, Hildmann has been spreading the crudest conspiracy myths about the Covid 19 pandemic and measures to contain the virus, especially through his Telegram channel, which now has more than 100,000 followers, through supposed elites and secret governments that, along with Jewish institutions, are involved in mass murder or in the Planetaría enslave humanity.

Brandenburg investigations were delayed

Until now, the Cottbus prosecutor’s office was responsible for the investigation due to his place of residence. Brandenburg lawyers were unable to rule for or against an indictment, despite numerous reports and indictments against Hildmann. So far, it has not even been possible to make an assessment of the mobile phones seized this week. Because the Bernau District Court had only allowed search and seizures in order to prevent future crimes.

After investigation of WDR, NDR and “Süddeutscher Zeitung” (SZ) now wants the Berlin prosecutor to take over the case and apparently turn the process into a case for the newly founded “Central Office for Hate Crimes”. The Brandenburg files on Hildmann have already reached Berlin. It should have about 60 volumes and 33 more files. Prosecutors in Berlin want all future reports to be received across the country against Hildmann from now on centrally.

The number of complaints against the ideologue of the conspiracy has increased again recently, among other things due to sedition, threat of crime, insult and threat. From September 19 to October 25, according to the decision of the Bernau District Court on the confiscation of mobile phones and computers, more than 40 complaints were received against Hildmann.

The Berlin judiciary says they now want to make sure Hildmann doesn’t get his cell phones and computers back immediately and that the devices can be read and evaluated. Berlin prosecutor Margarete Koppers said they wanted to “present to the investigating judge as soon as possible a subsequent seizure and search of the equipment.”

Hildmann has acted skillfully so far

Until now, Hildmann was hardly tangible to the judiciary, as he probably very consciously used the subjunctive in his expressions. For the green politician Volker Beck, the death penalty should be introduced “by kicking the egg,” Hildmann said. But in advance he sent: “If I were Chancellor …”

Prosecutor General Koppers announced that the Berlin prosecutor’s office wanted to obtain a judicial clarification if joint use really made Hildmann’s prosecution difficult. “Even if someone apparently speaks in the subjunctive, it can trigger the same inflammatory effect on the audience.”
