Schreier writes about “the wildest conspiracy theories” against him

Apparently, according to Schreier, the “craziest conspiracy theories” are circulating about him on the Internet. According to his Facebook post, probably also on the topic of “funding and donations”: “No other candidate in Stuttgart treats donations with such transparency,” the 30-year-old wrote, referring to his website, where he explains his rules of transparency. He also wrote that he did not receive financial, organizational or other support from a party or from Operation Libero, a political movement in Switzerland.

Schreier is one of nine candidates who will run for the new OB elections in Stuttgart on November 29. He is the acting mayor of the Tengen climatic resort with 4,600 residents within reach of Lake Constance. In the city of Stuttgart of 630,000 inhabitants, the 30-year-old native of Stuttgart started with the electoral slogan “The child can do that.” In the first ballot he received 15 percent of the votes, Frank Nopper (CDU) about 32 percent and Hannes Rockenbauch (SÖS) 14 percent. Because Rockenbauch and Schreier had not agreed on a joint candidacy after the first vote with green candidate Veronika Kienzle (17 percent), Kienzle had dropped out of the race.
