After the bee and the lobster, the alpaca also had to unmask in the new season of “The Masked Singer” on Tuesday night. However, under the mask, no internet stars were hiding, as viewers had suspected for weeks.
From the beginning, the audience was sure: only internet star Dagi Bee could wear the alpaca costume. The clues were obvious: each video was about likes, comments, hashtags, and slides. Clear evidence of an influencer, at least the ProSieben community thought.
Sylvie Meis is the alpaca
The members of the jury did not entirely agree. In the first three episodes, names like Cathy Hummels, Karoline Herfurth, and Anke Engelke were mentioned, but Hayden Panettiere, Nazan Eckes, and Bonnie Strange were also suspected of being under the alpaca mask. But then Bülent Ceylan thought he recognized Sylvie Meis by those little feet, and he was right. In fact, the Dutch presenter was wearing the pink jogging suit.

But that was a surprise to many. “I never thought you would participate here,” Sonja Zietlow said. Even the comedian could hardly believe that his assumption was actually correct. “My feet are small, that’s right,” Sylvie Meis said, shortly after exposing herself.
He then explained his reasons for being on the show: “I really wanted to be someone else, and where can it be better than ‘The Masked Singer’?” The costume or role she was assigned was fun for the 42-year-old, but also exhausting. “I had to touch this crazy alpaca. I was tired after the first minute.”

As in the last two seasons, “The Masked Singer” will be moderated by Matthias Opdenhövel. However, the fee jury was completely replaced. Instead of Ruth Moschner and Rea Garvey, Sonja Zietlow and Bülent Celyan are now sitting behind the desk. Third place is usually held by another celebrity.
