Prime Minister Ramelow calls for perseverance in the Corona crisis

In the summer months, many people mistakenly believed that the virus would suddenly disappear as it appeared, the Thuringian prime minister said. “But you know as much as I do that reality is different.” The coronavirus will not go away or become less dangerous if you deny its existence, Ramelow said.

A new crown regulation will take effect in Thuringia on Monday. It is essentially based on the stricter rules that the federal and state governments agreed to on October 28. However, Thuringia differs on some points. Businesses with “body hugging services” such as tattoo, cosmetic and nail studios will remain open.

There is also a special regulation for museums, which can at least open to educational offers for free. The pools will be closed, but swimming lessons can still be given at the school. Zoos and animal parks can still receive visitors, but only in the outdoor areas.
