Borussia Dortmund started with a defeat in Group F of the Champions League. BVB lost 1: 3 (0: 2) at Lazio Rom and need better performances and results in the coming weeks against outsiders Club Brugge and Zenit St. Petersburg. Because against Lazio, the Bundesliga team showed long stretches of erratic performance, the goals for the Romans were scored by Ciro Immobile (minute 6), goalkeeper Marwin Hitz in own goal (23) and Jean-Daniel Akpa-Akpro (76) . But Dortmund have Haaland, who also need few scoring opportunities in the Champions League. The Romans were outnumbered on defense and yet a simple cross pass from Reyna was enough to allow Haaland to complete freely from 13 meters. However, the hope lasted only five minutes. On a counterattack, Immobile was sent to the baseline, Jean-Daniel Akpa-Akpro found his pass back and the Ivorian substitute fired from close range.
