A serious work accident occurred on Friday morning in Denklingen happens. The accident at a construction site claimed four lives. A big number of policeman, Ambulance service and fire brigade it was on the site. Two rescue helicopters also landed not far from the crash site, which is located in an industrial park.

Four workers were killed and one man was slightly injured. The construction site is that of a local company. Investigators for Detective Fürstenfeldbruck are currently on the scene and are piecing together what happened. An emergency chaplain took care of other employees, emergency services and family members.

According to initial investigations, construction workers at his employer’s company headquarters were busy constructing a concrete roof to connect two buildings. The roof had not been poured until Friday morning. For a previously inexplicable cause, the roof form completely collapsed. All four workers were either on the scaffold below or on the ground. They were hit by fragments and scaffolding and some were buried underneath.

Rescuers were only able to determine the men’s deaths at the ages of 16, 34 and 37. According to a police spokesman, two of them died immediately, while attempts to resuscitate the other two were unsuccessful. Some of his relatives went to the scene of the accident and were treated on the spot. The trade inspection, the employers’ liability insurance association and an expert examined the accident site. The Augsburg prosecutor ordered an autopsy of the four dead by next week.
