The occupiers’ attorney, Moritz Heusinger, claimed that the eviction was illegal. The eviction notice is directed against members of the Raduga association. But they are not even in the house, there are only members of the Mittendrin club. They are completely different people. In fact, the higher court had rejected that complaint against the eviction order.
