Knee injury
Eintracht Frankfurt’s Filip Kostic tore part of his internal ligament in the Bundesliga game against Hertha BSC (3: 1) on Friday night. The 27-year-old was replaced by Steven Zuber (29) at 15 minutes in Berlin after a blow to his right knee. According to the SGE, Kostic will be out for several weeks.
“First of all, we wish Filip the best possible recovery and hope that he will return soon. The lucky thing is, he didn’t tear a cruciate ligament or anything like that. He is in the best hands with our doctors, ”said sporting director Bruno Huebner.
