Bad surprise for Antonio Rüdiger.
The German national team player is not on the call for the top game of the English Premier League against Liverpool (Chelsea FC – Liverpool FC from 5.30pm on LIVETICKER).
This is initially reported by various English media such as the Telegraph and the Daily mail, Chelsea confirmed the reports with a tweet.
Rüdiger is probably fully fit, but coach Frank Lampard decided not to include the 27-year-old in the squad.
Lampard doesn’t trust Rüdiger
In the first game against Brighton he was on the squad, but was not used. Lampard started with Kurt Zouma and Andreas Christensen in central defense, and the duo also play against the Reds.
With Thiago Silva, who came from Paris Saint-Germain, now there is another defense ready. However, Silva is not yet on the roster either.

Before the game, however, Klopp was even asked if Thiago was an option for the starting eleven. “I didn’t think for a second to bring it in from the beginning,” Klopp said. Heaven: “It’s a lot of fun that people consider that.”
There may be similarities in the way Bayern and Liverpool play, but “he definitely played in a different position. No matter where he plays for us, it will be different. So there was no chance.”
