Alarm in Krefeld: SEK surrounded an apartment there on Saturday night. The forces had suspected four children in the violence of a man.
Krefeld: Four children are fine
Shortly before 9 pm, the police were able to give the go-ahead: the four children from Krefeld are fine. They were alone in the apartment; the mother’s allegedly violent husband was not with them. There is still no trace of him, a police spokesman said Saturday.
SEK mission in Krefeld: woman found seriously injured
At around 3 p.m., a witness alerted police after finding a seriously injured woman in a car.
According to police, the seriously injured woman has been abused by her husband since Friday. The perpetrator then put his wife in the car, simply parked the car with his seriously injured wife and drove off.
The victim was transferred to a clinic.
The couple lives with their four children, ages three to nine, in the apartment that special forces surrounded on Saturday night. (dpa / sp)
