An elderly woman and a nursing home in Itzstedt, in the Segeberg district, notified an employee without warning because she refused a crown test after participating in the demonstration against crown measures in Berlin. The employee participated in the large demonstration in Berlin against Corona’s requirements over the weekend and later declared himself ill due to cold symptoms. The “Lübecker Nachrichten” quoted the lawyer specialized in labor law, Wolfram Dudda, who considers that the termination is quite ineffective because the notification of illness does not necessarily have to have something to do with the participation in the demonstration.
