A shocking moment for Baden-Württemberg Prime Minister Winfried Kretschmann: he was involved in a road accident on Monday night. According to the Baden-Württemberg Interior Ministry, the green politician “probably escaped unscathed.”

The car in which the Prime Minister was traveling was involved in the Autobahn 81 accident on a wet road between Boxberg and Möckmühl in the Heilbronn district. At first no further details were known.
